Prerequisites:
- a domain name with DNSSec enabled
- Electron Cash wallet
Enable DNSSec
If you're using Namecheap go to Advanced DNS and enable DNSSec for your domain.
Create a new TXT record
The host is the first part of our alias if you set it to example then your alias example@yourdomain.com
The value part contains your BCH address in Legacy format (use a converter) and your name.
Here is an example of a valid record:
Type TXT Host georg Value oa1:bch recipient_address=15qnW5kqxKW1ooitGrH7gVrb5WZXq4Z5qy; recipient_name=Georg Engelmann;
Save all changes and wait (DNS updates can take a few minutes or even hours depending on your provider).
Now you can send BCH to yourname@yourdomain.com in Electron Cash.
